WOW been a while. :/

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAH! so... sorry i haven't been around.. a lot has happened with the health in my family.. from flus to tonsil/adenoidectomies... NOT FUN!   aaaaaaaaaand i sooo fell off the wagon.. but i'm happily back on it... excited and determined..    i can't Wait to bring the flaxseed meal crackers with me to the next few gatherings my family and i attend... i also found a Yummy recipe for almond cookies and crackers... I think i'm gonna play with my food... and throw my favorite flavored almonds (blue diamond Rocks!0 into the food processor...and turn my nuts into crackers.  yummy! OOOOOOOOOOOOH! yesterday, i made the boys and i wings...


 HOLY DELISH!   lemme tell you the buffalo wings put a local wing place around here to shame...Which reminds me.. i have to make more for the hubby.. he's working in NYC today... doing "center stage" :shrug:      I wish i took pics of the garlic bbq wings... i found a ZERO carb bbq sauce... (forget the name, but will get more on thursday... and post the name if i remember!)  it tastes a lil like a moraccan sauce actually..  very good!  

Don'tchya hate when you buy ingredients for recipes ... then you forget what you were gonna make.. and you have random strange ingredients laying around?  yeah... that'd be my low carb cabinet! full of RANDOM stuff...  i think i'll google my ingredients.. or search them  on lindas website... that's most likely where i got the ideas from anyway hehehe

well...... i guess i should start rummaging through the cabinets and see what i have...... and start planning dinner...  can' wait to go shopping again thursday! MUCH NEEDED!   saw a recipe on the lighter side....   she has bacon meatloaf croquetts! YESH PLEASE!

soooooooooooo.... after nommin away on the flax~ers (flaxseed crackers)... i realised i needed a meal.. sooooooooooo i made a cilantro lime ranch chicken cheese steak No bread.. YUM!... btw... back on the flaxers... Lemme just say... i let them sit out a lil longer... and WOW! they crisped up so nicely...  i found myself continuing to munch on them as i was putting them away... so good i actually felt a lil guilty eating them.. like i was non carbing or something haha...   OH! and the cream cheese and jalapeno on top? MMMMMM!

OOPS!  i just realised i didn't get on the treadmill today! eeek!   well, lets see... i had an atkins dark chocolate royale shake(2), flaxers(6), Strawberry crystal light(o), half a diet coke(o), one cup of coffee(1), the cheesesteak(<1)  (didn't eat much of it... just enough to not be hungry)  hmm... about 10 NC for the day... i'm supposed to have 20... i think i'll search around for a cauli meal... that way i will know i'm gettin my veggies....   i'm really hurtin on my staples ( cream, cheese, meats, produce)... IS IT THURSDAY YET? OH..not to mention..  i get to go xmas shopping for the kids! (must pack shakes and bars in the purse that day!)   peeve.... when i'm at walmart, or target... and i smell the Yummy popcorn and pizza      *MUST TRAIN THE NOSE TO SAY BLEGH!* I MEAN... i can still eat that stuff.. but only if i make it.. ya know?   back on the treadmill... i think i'll get on that beast after the kids are home from school..... maybe even while dinner is cooking.... AGH! gotsta search for what to make.. grrrrr  ok   will update on dinner later.  tataaaaaaaaaa


eh... stil no idea what to make for dinner....   i think i went a little over board with the air popped popcorn (pssst... if ur in induction do Not eat it!)      oh well.   im gonna enjoy my vodka and diet... and ponder what to make.... Dear Lord... please bring Thursday here SOON! i have NOTHING IN MY HOUSE! k thanks
