chelloooo. pretty busy today... But.. today's adventures thus far have been...SHOVELING! *GAAAAH* stupid snow! aaaaaaaaaand i've been up and down my basement steps Lord knows how many times!!! Got a TON of laundry done! I just might have defeated the Sock monster! *sinister voice* muahahahaha
... had 2 cups of coffee, and a lil bit of a breadless cheesesteak.
Later on, i plan on dancin to just dance 2 with a few friends... and having a great time!!! I have chicken thawing out... later, i plan on making seared chicken, with buffalo sauce. Yummy! might make some Zucchini fries too! whatever i make i'll be posting pics!
Change o plans! bc the chicken packet i took out of the freezer only had two large boobs... i decided to maaaaaake... well. chicken! but not buffalo...
i thick sliced 2 zucchini... put a quarter can of chicken stock in a pyrex.... tossed the tatas into the middle... seasoned w onion powder and Mrs.Dash original... then took the zucchini "coins" and placed them all around the chicken... sprinkled everything w parm...and drizzled EVOO all over... it's baking in the oven at 350,... i'll take it out in 30 mins... flip the birdies over, bake another.. mmm..15 mins or so.. then take it out...THEN... take it out.... SMELL THE GODDLYNESS! mmmmmmmmmm... wipe your mouth.. wash your hands.. OK!... Now.. grab some oven mitts ... sport that hottness like a fashonista on the red carpet..tadaaaaaa *strike a Pose!* and VOGUE!... CAREFULLY!... Drain the liquid out of the pyrex... OH NOOOOOOOOOO! Watch out for suicide jumpers.... (the zucchini coins)... top chicken w a lil pepper jack... But WAIT! That's Not All! Tell us, Bob...what else comes with!... ok.. i'm also making a garlic parm cream sauce... takes like.. 5 minutes to make, so i'll do that at the very end. mmmm... in the mean time.. i'm gonna head back to that retchid pile o socks... and match ... think hubby would notice an ankle w a cruecut? i mean.. if i just ball them all up... and tossm in his luggage just b4 his next travel.... it's winter time!.. no one will notice... haha!
Sauce time!!!!!!!!!!
half a stick of butter
~1TBS minced garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4-1/2 Heavy cream
lil chicken stock for extra flavor
after MAJOR bubblage... add a handful of shredded mozzerella... and stir semi~frequently... Don't scratch ur pretty pot! use heat proof rubber spatulas :)...You're welcome :-p
when all is done... feel free (as i did) to sprinkle just a weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee bit of smoked paprika for perdiness and that extra zing ;)
Simmer... and serve<3
