Happy Tuesday <3 I have been eating carbs. o.0 HOWEVER.. I have managed to stay where i belong.. 174-177... more so at 175 to be exact. No complaints here! *happy dance* I had egg foo young from the chinese place..and Still managed to stay in Ketosis!!!! Dunno.. I'm baffled too! but I don't mind one bit! Lets see........... in the past, as soon as i'd eat *whispers* bread............the scale would jump right back up .. .and laugh at me. Not any more! I guess i figured out how much i can have before the scale tips ;) Which would technically be OWL stage (Ongoing Weight Loss). All that said, I am ready to jump back on the Induction Bus and hit the cruise control button, and coast my way into the 160s! I have been using a Wonderful tool www.Fatsecret.com you can monitor your carb intake.. your recipes, see your weight DROP! on a chart (or rise) Its Great! I have been walking more since the weather is nicer.. although.. the random monsoons,noahs arc, tug boats,and such are getting a bit old. *sigh* hahahaha But hey, when we are at the furthers field at the park for Tyler's games... and torential downpours decide to strike.. Sprinting definately helps burn some carbs/fat! *woot* hahaha I recently got a new game for kinects.. Dance Central.. HOLY HEARTBEAT BATMAN! i Have found my match! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IIIIIT! Great game! really gets ya goin ;)
Later today, My girly is coming over, and we will be endulging In Jamie's CauliTots.. That recipe is found He~awh...CLICKY CLICKY! I will post pictures later, and let you all know what we think. The Pool will be set up later today... the cow pasture out front is FINALLY being chopped down.. Lemme tell you! It was SO bad.. the poor baby bunnies were LOST.. runnin circles... and i believe the yard even sprouted an oyster mushroom twice the size of my foot!!!!!!!!!!! but i wasn't about to taste it.. ahhahaha...... hmmmmm.. maybe the bunnies did, and that's why they were running in circles.. like a dog trying to pee in a corner in a round room? SEE for yourself...
