Fri 3/11 ............ wasn't the worst day, it's getting easier. I kept myself BUSY! i washed nearly every article of clothing in the house even if it was in a drawer.. bc... EVERYTHING smells like stale cigs to me.. and NO ONE EVER EVER EVER smoked in the house... figure that one out!
I was so busy running up and down the steps doing laundry all day... zipping around the house vaccuming,dusting,sorting clothes,putting them away.... every time i paused, THAT was when it hit that...oh crap... do i want to smoke? UM! NOOOOOOOOOO! it's been 5 days!!!! NO NO NO! sooo... i'd CHUG an ENTIRE bottle of water.... (lol.. running to the bathroom..and peeing.. hmm... quick sprints..and squats? ick..not even funny joke..OK..moving on)......... I must have had.... 8-9 bottles of water yesterday,,, i was too full to eat! HOWEVER... It all started in the am...
I had 2 left over oospie rolls... So, i made a breakfast sammy... porkroll,fried egg,and colby jack (never using colby jack on this again.. was Not a fan) PLUS... bc i'm dealing w emotional issues from quitting... i Really only had a few bites.. not that big of an appetite...

Then... the water bottles.. ALTHOUGH.. Half way through the day, i felt i wanted something..PROBABLY CALORIES! .. sooo, bc i didn't want to eat... I enjoyed a chocolate Atkins Shake. Then... chewed 4 different flavors of gum.... Back to the water bottles.... enjoying a few Crystal Light packets here and there.... oh.. i Did have a sargento cheddar cheese stick ......
Then... it was DINNER TIIIIIIME! at This point.. Mama was Hungry..and not just.. i'm hungry... i mean HAAAAWNGRY! So... bc my carb count was RIDICULOUSLY LOW..and i basically had No nutrition in me for the day at all.... I decided to make a Super yummy dinner...

I went to town w the veggies.. bc as i said earlier.. i basically had ... well..NONE AT ALL the entire day. My thing is... if i'm not hungry, i'm just Not eating. plain and simple. When your body needs something... it lets you know.. via HUNGER...and if i'm not feelin it, i'm not eatin it! Anyway, as for dinner.. i ate ALL my veggies... 3 of those meatballs...and only picked at the pasta. I would have been fine w out the pasta.. but, i try to make everyone's plates uniform in the house... and i was eating with my lil guys. ............ if they have to eat it, mommy should too. lol although.. i did give them an added (and missed) bonus.. they got to endulge w/ bbq baked beans. mwwwwwaaaaaaauh! <--heh. NM... i don't want them eating ALL low carb,... they're growing lil boys.. and need a bit of everything. After they eat their grub.. they then get a decent snack... last night oldest boy had a friend over.. so, i made them all popcorn w pretzels, and we watched the Jeff Dunham Christmas special. kids were happy, i was stuffed... didn't even care about the popcorn lol.
TODAY...Saturday 3/12
ANYWAY...enough of my babbleing about last night. I need to think about breakfast... and what i'm gonna make. First things first... i need to open the windows./.i'm STILL SMELLING STALE SMOKE! AND IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE!
I think i'll make more oopsie rolls.. some sweet, and some savory. I'm also gonna check out home depot... i'm gonna start my garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! might even get a few of those toppsy turvy things... i have a sun porch might as well use it!! as for the garden... i'm def gonna try to do asparagus, soy beans...and lots of herbs... and maaaaaaaaaaybe some kind of lettuce.. but all green.. or cabbage! as for all green... i did the multi colored/textured one last yr.. it grew wonderfully!..buuuuuuuuuut... something about it creeped me out...and i couldn't take it from ground...to sink....to mouth..HAHA.. was DEF prettier and easier to eat from a bag o.0 YEAH..i know..i'm odd. :-p well... time to preheat the oven and get the eggs out! bbl
So, so far, i've made some oopsie rolls............ Cinnabun oopsie cakes *tyler Loves them* might make an icing for them.. not sure yet...
I also made some regular "rolls" for burgers... right now, i'm experimenting... i cant figure out why the whites wouldn't fluff up w garlic powder,onion powder,salt and dill... i mean.. they fluffed no prob w the splenda and cinn n nutmeg. Maybe the salt was too coarse? regardless.. doesn't matter... i put little amounts in a mini cupcake pan... and poured the excess on the other baking sheet. I'm gonna see if i can mimic a snack w consistancy of a cheesy poof... but... with a sour cream/onion/dill kinda flavor. i also added a lil parmesan to the yolk. i'm very curious to see how these come out. I'm Not hungry at the moment.. but i will say, that the house smells YUMMY! i actually need to start drinking water..bc i had an extra cup of coffee...And i can feel my fingers getting a little tight. :/ so... here's to chuggin *clinkies*
UGGGGGGGGGH! is it bed time yet???? Ok.. So, pee stick showed Possitive for Ketosis.. WOOHOO! light pink (trace amount) but that's better than Negative!!! Stomach pains ... def all the keto flu symptoms. i think i need to give the 4 yr old more snacks, bc he's feelin the same things i am! not good!!! Anyway, gonna force myself to clean the kitchen, get a hot shower... bundle the kids, and meet my parents at the field to get tyler. then, it's home.. in bed for the rest of the night for me!!
